"To my daughters Hester and Stella Waring 5,000 dollars each of the balance of above mentioned property in Knox County, TN and the remainder of same to my four daughters Hester Waring, Lillian Cornick, Maud Fairlie and Stella Waring in equal shares. 3000 dollars heretofore advanced to Lillian Cornick to be counted as part of her share."

"Subject to my Wife's life interest I give and bequeath to my four daughters above mentioned in equal shares, certain real and personal property situated in Ireland which was settled on me and my Wife by our marriage settlement dated August 1st 1871.

"What remains to me of my estates in County Cavan, Ireland I give and bequeath to my daughter Stella Waring."

Married: Howard Cornick in 1901 in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States. Howard was born on 10 June 1874, in Knoxville. He went to Law School at UT graduating in 1895. Howard and Lillian moved to Prescott, Arizona in 1918. He was a member of the Sixth Arizona Legislature in 1923 and 24. Howard died on 2 September 1945, in Prescott, Arizona. He is buried in the Greenwood Cemetery in Phoenix.
